I’ve been teaching Pilates and movement for over 20 years.
My work is rooted in classical Pilates, shaped by experience, and designed for real bodies and real lives.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about building strength you can use - and a practice you’ll actually keep.
A four-week series for 2–4 people. Progressive and supportive, these sessions are designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency over time.
A shared session for two people, designed to build a steady weekly rhythm. Each session is tailored to both individuals — structured, thoughtful, and designed to keep you showing up.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, your goals, and how you move through your life. This is where we refine, adjust, and build strength with precision and care.
A structured starting point to learn the fundamentals, understand your body, and build confidence in your movement. Available as private or small group, depending on what fits you best.
